Contribute offers an interesting option to preview your changes in a web browser before

a publish action is taken. In the File menu select Preview in Browser option.

Alternatively you can hit the F12 button.

12. Save for Later: Allows you to save the draft.

13. Discard Draft: Allows you to cancel the previous changes made on the current

page.

14. Link: Allows you to insert links on the page (Section 4).

15. Image: Allows you to insert an image on the page.

16. Table: Allows you to insert a table on the page.

17. Page Properties: Describes the properties of the page such as the title,

appearance, etc.

18. : Spelling check allows you to check spelling for any errors.
